Valentines Day this year was very emotional. It is one of my favorite holidays and no matter how my day Pans out I still adore it. Where ever u look you see love n people expressing it. Mine personally was heartbreaking but I take away from yesterday …the smiles on other peoples faces,the million love posts and gifts my girlfriends got on Facebook all day,the color of red n pink on strangers passing by,the man running with flowers,the sweet old lady buying Valentine card for her husband of fifty years,ending with a vision of a couple in love completely going at it on the New Hope Bridge. I found beauty even thru my tears. I’m a hopeless romantic I feel that’s why I end up hurt bad cause I lead with my heart n I’m way too emotional but I’m me n I wouldn’t change it for anything crazy beautiful n all. The beauty of Valentines day us people focus on love kindness n happiness the air is sweet I wish most days felt this way n people were as kind n aware of the good one little action of love can do and effect anothers heart in such a profound way.
